My Story

Hi, my name is Teri, and I am a certified foot reflexologist and the founder of Preznt Reflex located in the West Island of Montreal.

My journey towards reflexology began during a time when I was experiencing chronic migraines. The conventional route had been unsuccessful on its own. My body was asking to be heard, not silenced. I knew there had to be something deeper for what I was experiencing.

That realization led me to explore different holistic modalities that look at the body as a whole.  When I discovered craniosacral reflexology, something resonated. It transformed the way I understood healing and gave me the tools to support my body in finding balance.

Today, I am grateful to share this work with others. I am passionate about helping my clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and return to the present moment. When we are present, we give ourselves the space to heal.

Life is a gift, and being present allows us to fully receive it.

Philosophy

At Preznt Reflex, it is believed that craniosacral reflexology is a powerful tool for promoting health and wellness. It is centered around the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that reflexology can help stimulate this natural healing process.

It is recognized that true well-being involves nurturing all three levels of our being; physical, emotional, and mental. By viewing the body as a whole rather than focusing on a specific aliment, it becomes possible to get to the root cause of many discomforts.

"All is one, one is all" by Martine Faure Alderson, D.O.

the founder of Craniosacral Reflexology (CSR).

What is Craniosacral Reflexology (CSR)?

Cranio (cranium/skull) sacral (sacrum, base of the spine) reflexology was developed by Martine Faure-Alderson, D.O., a physician who integrated principles of osteopathy, naturopathy, acupuncture, and homeopathy into reflexology of the feet and hands.  It works with the craniosacral fluid (CSF) to help balance the flow between the cranium and pelvic region, supporting overall alignment and promoting a state of equilibrium within the body.
